The Medii App is a digital health app designed by an organisation called Tritone Health. It is designed for individuals with learning disabilities and autism to help them with their Health and Wellbeing.
The App can be accessed by a smartphone or tablet. The information is visible to the patient’s GP Practice.
We are gathering feedback from our patients to see how they like the new App.

How to register for the Medii App?
Registering for the Medii App is easy. Use your mobile phone or tablet and make sure it is connected to the internet. Download the Medii App on Google Play or via the App Store and follow the instructions below:

Once your Medii App is downloaded and you are signed in, there are a number of activities and information you can enter. Below is a snapshot of things you can record on your Medii App.
