Medii App Pilot for people with learning disability

The Medii App is a digital health app designed and developed organisation called Tritone Health and it is aimed for individuals with learning disabilities and autism to provide them with tools that help to prioritise their Health and Wellbeing.

The App can be accessed by a smartphone or tablet and all the entered information is visible to healthcare professionals..
