Nearly 1 in 3 don’t attend their cervical screening test, therefore it is very important to attend cervical cancer screening appointments and also to consult with a medical professional if you develop any symptoms between your screening invitations!

💛Cervical screening saves lives💛

If your child begins to feel overwhelmed or panicked, use this grounding technique to help them slow down their breathing. They can do this by spreading their fingers, and taking slow deep breaths in and deep breathes out as they trace the outline of their hand with their pointer finger. They should repeat this until they have traced all their fingers.
