Our new monthly Walk and Talk is due to start Tuesday 2nd August 10.30-12pm. This is a gentle walk to suit all abilities.

Slow Down and De-stress: Friday 16th September 9-12pm at Cleveleys Group Practice.

At this relaxation session you will experience a range of creative techniques and activities designed to encourage mindfulness and relaxation. Being immersed in creative processes helps us to switch off and be in the moment. This is to enable better wellbeing for better mood and health.

Be Food Smart: Thursday 20th September 1.30-3.30pm @ Cleveleys Group Practice.

This is a chance for you to make a change to a healthier lifestyle. At this meeting we will be enabling you to identify foods high in salts, sugars and saturated fats, reflect on your own diet, and make changes in relation to healthy eating.
